Produced purely from whole buffalo milk derived from the coastal grazing lands of the Latina province near Rome; our mozzarella is renowned for its high quality. Traditionally wrapped in myrtle leaves infused with essential oils and antioxidants, today, the Italian Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry protects this valuable resource under the Consorzio di Tutela. Served with fresh tomato, basil and a drizzle of olive oil.
