Description
Our Pecorino Toscano Oro Antico is made using pure sheep’s milk matured for over six months in a stone cellar to form a hard, shiny crust with a persistent but sweet flavour. Created in Tuscany the cheese has a firm and flaky interior, leaving wild herbs and the hint of a burnished citrus tang on the tongue, brightening the nuttiness. We finish this pizza with the added crunch of roasted walnuts, fresh rocket and a drizzle of olive oil. *No Mozzarella
